Our Humble Origins

It all began in the digital corridors of an online CTN class, where aspiring animators and enthusiasts congregated to learn from the master animator himself, James Lopez. Within this virtual space, a seed was sown—a seed that would blossom into something far beyond our initial aspirations.

The Birth of Wildgoat Animation Collective

Under the guidance of James Lopez and inspired by the camaraderie and shared passion for animation, a collective vision emerged. Wildgoat Animation Collective came into existence—a hub where creativity knew no boundaries and where like-minded individuals gathered to celebrate the art of animation.

A Leap Towards Expansion

Fueled by our shared enthusiasm and the desire to delve deeper into the realms of animation, the seedling that sprouted in the CTN class grew into a thriving venture. It was here that the seeds of ambition were planted, cultivating an unyielding passion to expand beyond the confines of a virtual classroom.

Founding Our Animation Collective

Fueled by the collective's shared experiences, aspirations, and a relentless pursuit of creative excellence, we took a leap of faith.  We called our Collective Digital Original Creators society or simply Docs Animation. We embarked on our journey to create an animation collective that would encapsulate the very essence of our shared passion—an ensemble where artists, technicians, storytellers, and visionaries unite to forge new frontiers in animation.
